Lori Gasca created the Grove Creative Workspace for Women in 2019 as she was staring 50 in the face. That pivotal age where you really start to question your purpose in life. You’ve clearly lived half your life, most likely, and you begin to wonder what impact you are making while taking up space on this earth!

Around that time, she began to really get serious about HER…what was making her tick, what was ticking her off, why she did the things she did, what she loved, who she loved, and she wanted Jesus to be more the center of all things. So, she faced some demons head on and got real about choices she needed to make to impact the next half of her life.

Lori is a lifelong entrepreneur and successful business woman. She hung up her corporate marketing career back in 2003 to come home and be a mom to their 4, now grown, children. Once her children were in school, she joined a network marketing company and her team grew to over 7,ooo members with sales topping five million per year. Upon seeing a need for some local moms, she founded the non-profit "Moms Helping Moms Texas.”

Fast forward to 2019, she designed, planned, and opened The Grove, a female-focused coworking space, to offer a supportive, nurturing community for women ready to launch a dream, grow existing ventures, and be a part of a sisterhood. She didn’t really know what it would look like or how it would all work but she kept stepping forward toward this dream! She knew coworking was becoming all the rage but she wanted to create a space that felt special. So, The Grove was beautifully decorated with women in mind. It became much more than a workspace. It served as a respite from the busy hustle and bustle. It was a place for women to work toward similar goals, feel seen, heard and connected.

The Grove was an AMAZING place but it became clear after 4 years that her calling was deeper and she had to step away from something that was so beautiful to give her greater YES to God’s plan for her life. Her heart's desire is to help women understand their true value so they can make a bigger impact.
